Hey,

I just moved into my new loft apartment in Medellin Colombia!

I've dreamed of living in an industrial loft like this one since I first started seeing them pop up on my social media feed!

I'm so thrilled, humbled, and grateful…

I'll be busy moving in for the rest of the week – lots to do – but as always, I wanted to check in with you on this fine Sunday morning and share some game-changing ideas with you.

When it comes to social media, if you want followers you must show up as someone worth following. 

No one wants to follow a bum!

This is why if your goal is to build and monetize an audience you must be intentional about being an aspirational character to those that follow you and those that will come across your work in the future. 

What am I talking about here?

Being and being seen as a leader.

But how exactly do you do this?

Here are 4 ideas from my brand spanking new Rapid Positioning Program!

#1 - Set A Destination

A leader leads people toward a better future - I call this paradise. - This means that as a social media personality, you must have a clear vision of where you are leading people to. Are you leading people toward a happier existence? Better health? More wealth? A deeper relationship? Once you have your destination, you must relentlessly share it with the world so they know that if they want to go there, you are the person they must follow.

#2 - Provide Guidance

As a leader, you’ve developed the tools, insights & knowledge needed to get your followers to paradise. As their trusted guide, you must offer advice and guidance that will help them on their journey. As you do this, you will win over the hearts and trust of those you seek to serve.

#3 - Inspire & Motivate:

On their way to paradise, your followers are going to need a source of energy. As a leader, it is your duty to provide this source of energy through inspiration and motivation. You must install a sense of purpose and drive in your followers, encouraging and empowering them to overcome whatever obstacles and challenges they encounter on their journey. 

#4 - Lead From The Front

“Leading by example is the only way to lead” - As a leader, you must be a role model by exemplifying the values and principles needed to get to the dreamland. As a leader you must consistently demonstrate a positive mindset, habits, and attitudes, setting the standard for what it truly takes to bring this vision to life.

I'll close this off by repeating some important points I've already made. 

Leaders lead. 

No one wants to follow a bum.

If you want people to follow you you must be someone worth following.
